My radio shows as inactive: what to do
When the radio is deactivated, the panel shows the "Application unavailable" screen instead of the radio panel. It is almost always an open invoice. See how to fix it and how to contact support.
If, when opening your radio, the panel shows the Application unavailable screen with the Deactivated status, the radio was suspended. In that state it does not broadcast and its other pages do not open.
Why this happens
In the vast majority of cases there is an open invoice. Suspension is automatic after the due date, and so is reactivation: as soon as the payment is confirmed, the radio comes back on its own, usually within a few minutes.
What to do
- Open My Invoices (in the menu under your name, top-right corner) and see whether there is an overdue invoice. If there is, pay by PIX or card from the invoice itself: confirmation is automatic.
- If you already paid and the radio is still inactive after a few minutes, click Open a ticket on the application unavailable screen itself. The ticket already comes with the radio name and subject filled in; attach the receipt.
- If you prefer, write to the support e-mail shown on the screen.
When it is not an invoice
A radio can also be deactivated at the owner's request (cancellation) or for a usage matter that support has communicated by e-mail. In both cases the ticket is the way: state the radio name and what you need.
What to do if…
- I just paid and want the radio on air now. PIX confirms in seconds; a bank slip can take up to two business days to clear. If it is urgent, open the ticket with the receipt.
- I have more than one radio and only one went inactive. Each radio has its own subscription and its own invoice; check that radio's invoice.
