  • How to schedule a live on YouTube from the panel (title, cover, date and time)

Scheduling creates the live on your YouTube channel ahead of time, with title, description, cover and a link to promote. See how to create the schedule in Destinations › YouTube › Schedules, edit it, choose whether the broadcast goes to the scheduled live or to a new one, and what happens on the day.

  • Application storage: thumbnails, overlays and media

The Storage page shows the space used and every file uploaded to the application: YouTube thumbnails (which you can delete), Live Studio overlays and media (managed there). See how to search, view and delete.

  • Encoder and channel logs: why my live did not broadcast

Logs › Encoder shows every connection and drop of your encoder with the duration; Logs › Channels shows what happened to each destination: channel marked, destination created, failed to publish, expired access. See how to read both to find the cause.

  • Live statistics: broadcast history, viewers and peak

Statistics › Live lists each broadcast with date, duration, destinations, views and comments, and the chart of the last days. In Details you see the channels used, the peak by source, the viewers curve and the comments.

  • Live comments: how to read and reply in the panel

With the Comments switch on, the Home screen shows YouTube and Facebook comments in real time, and you reply from there. See what each network delivers (profiles without names, groups without comments) and how to turn it on.

  • How to embed the live player on your website (M3U8 link and JavaScript)

The Home screen offers two ready links: the M3U8 (HLS), for any video player or app, and the JavaScript Player, a code you paste on the site that shows the Ciclano player with your live. See how to use each one.

  • Partner channels: how to let someone else relay your live without sharing passwords

Generate an authorization link in Destinations › Partner Channels; the other person opens it, signs in to their social network and chooses where your live will appear. The access can have an expiry or be permanent, and each authorized channel joins your destinations list.

  • How to stream live to Twitch and LinkedIn

Twitch and LinkedIn connect through the Add Account button of each network's card in Destinations. See what each one requires (Twitch accepts any account; LinkedIn needs approval for its live feature) and how to mark the channel.

  • How to stream to Instagram, TikTok and others via custom RTMP

Any platform that gives you an RTMP server and a key can be a destination of your live: create a Custom channel with name, server URL and key, mark it and broadcast. Includes where to get the key on Instagram and TikTok and how to export and import channels.

  • How to stream live to Facebook (page, profile or group)

Connect the account in Destinations › Facebook › Add Account, choose between the timeline, the pages and the groups, mark and start the broadcast. See what changes in profile and group comments and how to fix expired access.

  • How to stream live to YouTube

Connect the channel in Destinations › YouTube › Add Account, mark the channel, set title and thumbnail and start the broadcast. Also see how to use a YouTube schedule, what latency changes and why the account asks to reconnect.

  • Destinations: how the channels page and the plan limit work

The Destinations (Channels) page gathers the connected accounts — YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Instagram, LinkedIn —, the custom RTMP channels and the partner channels. See how to mark a channel, what counts toward the plan limit and what to do when it runs out.
